Recipes SeaVegi Salad with Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Ingredients: 1 package SeaVegi Seaweed Salad Mix 1 apple or Asian pear, sliced thin ¼ red onion, sliced thin 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds Salad dressing: 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 teaspoon brown sugar or honey (optional) Preparation: Place contents of SeaVegi in a large bowl and add cold water to cover. Let sit for 7-10 minutes. While SeaVegi rehydrates, make dressing. Mix all ingredients of dressing together minus the sesame oil. Slowly whisk in the sesame oil. Drain SeaVegi well and mix with salad dressing. Serves 5
