Wheat free and Gluten free
This is steamed, rolled, and flaked quinoa. Use like oatmeal to make a hot cereal.
Instructions: Cooks in Add 1/3 cup salt (if desired) to rapidly boiling water. Return to boil and cook for 90 seconds, stirring frequently. Remove form heat and allow to cool (cereal will thicken slightly). Can be added to pancakes, waffles, muffins, bread, cookies, etc.
