Spelt is an ancient grain that is highly recognized for its health benefits. Spelt has been widely used in health food throughout Europe. Pantanella Spelt Pasta has a high water solubility so nutrients such as fibre and iron are easily absorbed by the body and making it easier to digest. It also has a tough exterior and unlike other grains such as wheat, which means spelt protects itself from pollutants and insects.

Spelt pasta extruded in bronze and made with 100% superior quality spelt (farro) flour.

Suggested Use
Boil the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on its thickness. The pasta is done when it is "al dente," or slightly chewy and firm in the center. Drain the pasta in a colander over your sink. Do not rinse the pasta.
