While cooking, this exotic rice fills your kitchen with a delicate scent. This aroma and flavour are all natural; nothing is added to the rice. The grains cook up moist and tender with a light soft texture and delicious flavour.
Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of rice. Add to 1 ½ cups of water, 1 Tbsp of butter, and salt (to taste) and put into a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, stir once, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat, let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
